1. The laboratory temperature and wind speed monitoring system is customized according to customer testing requirements and relevant testing standards. It is mainly suitable for performance testing of household air conditioners and household appliances with heating and cooling functions, such as multi-channel temperature and wind speed data acquisition. The monitoring system mainly consists of a testing room (provided by the customer), a multi-channel temperature acquisition system, a mobile wind speed acquisition system, a PLC industrial control main control system, and other parts. Widely applicable to manufacturers and testing institutions of household appliances, chemicals, electronics, daily necessities, etc. for collecting temperature and wind speed data of household appliances.
2. The interior of the room is 5.5 meters x 3.6 meters x 3 meters high. There are 128 temperature collection points and 1 movable wind speed collection point evenly distributed inside the room, which are connected to the external control system of the room through a fast aviation connector. Real time monitoring and recording of temperature and wind speed at multiple points inside the room through an external control system. 128 temperature points are evenly distributed inside the room, consisting of 32 groups with a 4X8 distribution. Each group has 4 K-type temperature points evenly distributed from top to bottom. Adopting a series of rods for push-pull storage, it is convenient for users to quickly retract the temperature collection rods of each group, without affecting other tests in the room, effectively providing room utilization.
3. The monitoring system adopts our self-developed upper computer temperature and wind speed acquisition system, which monitors the multi-point temperature and wind speed in the room in real time through PLC. It is displayed on a 17 inch industrial computer (users can install 42-56 inch displays for display) and sets relevant test parameters. Using Mitsubishi PLC from Japan, real-time recording of relevant test data is controlled and user specified curves, values, etc. are generated. The test data system automatically records and saves data, and may export data via USB.
