The filter filtration rate detection equipment is mainly aimed at detecting the protective effect and filtration efficiency of particulate matter in products containing filters, filter screens, etc. on the market, as well as flow resistance detection. The testing equipment is designed and manufactured with reference to relevant testing standards and end-user requirements. The test bench uses a cold gas aerosol generator and our independently developed gas volume gel testing device to generate particle size. Continuous and stable aerosol particles are output through pressure regulation. The laser counter uses high-precision particle detection sensors imported from the United States to measure the sample before and after filtration simultaneously. Configure aerosol particle electrostatic charge neutralization device and filtered air filtration treatment. By using a computer PLC to automatically collect and count particle size quantities, the upstream and downstream particle size quantities can be calculated and compared, and the filtering efficiency can be automatically calculated using laser particles and counters. Using a differential pressure transmitter to calculate the pressure difference between upstream and downstream, in order to obtain the resistance value data during the testing process.
