Step up the pressure according to the standard from 0 → 50% → 80% → test pressure, and check the stability of each level; After reaching the set pressure, hold the pressure for 30s/5min/30min/several hours is optional.

Judgment: No leakage, no bulging, no rupture, and no obvious permanent deformation are qualified; Real time monitoring of pressure attenuation.

2. Constant pressure and holding pressure test for long-term static hydraulic pressure

Maintaining a constant pressure for several hours to thousands of hours, often used for creep assessment of plastic pipelines; Multi channel independent control, single channel leakage/burst automatically shuts down the channel, and the rest continues the test.
