1. The washing machine inlet valve life test bench is mainly used for conducting long-term life tests on the inlet valve body of two-line and three line washing machines. Continuous and periodic life on/off aging tests are conducted on the inlet valve components of washing machines under constant test water temperature and test water pressure.
2. The main components of the test bench include the test rack, constant temperature and pressure water supply device, water recovery device, control system, and other major parts. 3. The test subject bracket is assembled with aluminum profiles, and the outer box is made of 304 # non inductive steel sheet metal as the external sealing plate of the equipment cabinet. The water tank has a capacity of not less than 150L and is made of 304 # 1.0 welded material. Underneath the rack are universal casters, which facilitate the movement and transportation of equipment. 4. The control system is independently developed and controlled by Mitsubishi PLC from Japan. The 7-inch touch screen displays relevant test content and controls. Conduct a long-term on/off life test on the inlet valve of the tested washing machine through program control. In the testing process, the PLC monitors in real-time whether the operating current of each tested solenoid valve is working properly, and the PLC determines whether the product is operating normally or abnormally based on the current/water flow signal. If abnormal current/water flow signal is detected, the system will automatically give an alarm prompt to the tested station, and other stations will test normally without being affected by each other. The entire equipment system is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC program from Japan, with manual quick installation and one click start test mode.
5. Constant pressure water supply system: Adopting a test water return tank circulation method, the test water is filtered and returned to the 304 stainless steel storage tank. The multi-stage water pump measures the water pressure from 0-1.2Mpa as the water pressure power source for testing the solenoid valve, and maintains a constant water supply pressure through a two-stage pressure storage system. The pipeline adopts 304 stainless steel splicing, and the pipeline layout is clear and beautiful.
6. The water tank is equipped with water temperature monitoring function and adopts automatic water replenishment/automatic drainage cooling function.
7. Each testing station adopts independent operation current detection/action water flow detection and other functions to determine whether the solenoid valve is operating normally/abnormally through current/water flow signals. And alert with indicator lights.
8. Relevant test data can be exported through USB.

10. Implement alternating use of two test water temperatures, select cold/hot water output through the program, and enable each testing station to achieve simultaneous/independent cold/hot water output.
11. Adopting PID constant temperature technology, through variable frequency power output, the operating power of the equipment is effectively reduced, and it has energy-saving effect for aging equipment that runs for a long time.
