Washing machine water level sensor life test bench, suitable for electromagnetic water level sensors and mechanical water level sensors. The testing platform is mainly used for conducting long-term life tests on the water level sensor (water level pressure sensor) of washing machines. The testing platform is controlled by PLC and uses a pressure fine-tuning valve to adjust the air pressure from 0-200Kpa. It simulates the high and low water level slots inside the washing machine when water enters, and conducts on/off tests on the NO/OFF contacts of the water level sensor based on the pressure difference generated. Each workstation can be connected to the water level sensor through a hose connection. The quick wiring terminal is connected to the product's wire end, and the wiring method is suitable for three pin electromagnetic water level sensors and two pin mechanical sensors. By simulating a certain pressure of air pressure, the connection and closure signals of the two pin mechanical water level sensor and the three pin electromagnetic water level sensor are collected and the on-off signals are judged. Set different output pressure values to conduct low-pressure and high-pressure tests on the water level sensor. By setting the test frequency and on-off cycle, the service life of the water level sensor in long-term pressure testing can be judged to determine whether it meets the design and usage standards.
2. Each testing station adopts quick clamping to fix the samples, and uses SMC electronic proportional valve 0-200Kpa adjustable air pressure to simulate air pressure adjustment. Conduct a high-frequency on-off test from 0 to 30 times per minute using the pre-set low and high water levels. And the PLC control software detects the ON/OFF status of the water level sensor in real time. Record the number of relevant aging tests and the judgment of whether the product is qualified or unqualified. The relevant test data can be exported through USB.
