The testing platform is assembled with a complete stainless steel sheet metal 304 # 1.0mm thick (surface brushed) and aluminum profiles. The 304 stainless steel water tank is equipped with an RO membrane high-efficiency filter to filter the tested water, effectively improving the secondary pollution of water to the kettle during testing. The testing platform adopts a 10 inch touch screen display, PLC control, and real-time collection of various parameters such as voltage, current, and power through the electrical parameters of each workstation. The control system collects and judges the current, voltage, and power of the tested electric kettle in real time.
The work platform is insulated electric wood board, with a total of 12 testing stations, each station is independently controlled and equipped with two or three plug power supply and work operation indicator lights. It is controlled by PLC program to judge the voltage, current, and timing of each station. Each workstation's work platform is controlled by PLC and touch screen. Each workstation is equipped with a cold water inlet pipe and a hot water inlet pipe, which are controlled by PLC for water addition time. The manual trigger start test function is used to determine the qualification of each workstation's electric kettle based on running time, current, and power. By setting the upper and lower limits of electrical parameters through the system, qualified and unqualified judgments and alarm prompts can be made.
The testing equipment runs stably and is easy to maintain.
