1. Self inspection of tooling+workpiece positioning detection
1. The pneumatic quick plug connector automatically locks the inlet and outlet of the water-cooled plate, performs a self check of the air tightness of the fixture under no-load conditions, and sends a direct sound and light alarm for joint sealing leakage. It is prohibited to load workpieces for testing to avoid misjudging product NG due to fixture failures.
2. The fixture supports rapid mold change for multiple models of water-cooled plates, and the sealed end adopts a soft buffer structure to prevent damage to the aluminum plate flow channel and weld seam, avoiding artificial leakage defects.
2. Smooth channel blowing and inspection
Introduce low-pressure dry nitrogen gas to blow through the internal flow channel, and investigate issues such as laser welding blockage holes, aluminum plate debris blockage, and pipeline flattening and bending; If the flow channel is blocked, the detection will be terminated and an alarm will be triggered, and the airtight process will not be entered.
3. Nitrogen pressure resistance+pressure attenuation rough leak detection
1. The inflation pressure is set to 1.5 times the rated working pressure of the water-cooled plate and maintained for 3-5 minutes.
2. Real time monitoring of pressure drop. If the pressure drop exceeds the standard, it will be determined that the flow channel has exploded or the main weld has a large opening. The equipment will automatically release pressure and determine that it is unqualified, skipping high-precision helium testing and saving helium consumables.
3. Conduct a synchronous visual inspection of the water-cooled plate surface to ensure there are no bulges, protrusions, or deformations, and complete the strength verification of the foundation structure.
4. Verification of internal cavity cleanliness
After blowing, the residual water and aluminum debris in the inner cavity meet the standards to avoid ice blockage in the cooling circuit and motor wear after installation.
