The evaporator helium testing station mainly focuses on the overall helium testing of the vacuum box, supplemented by the fixed-point leak detection of the suction gun. It is equipped with pre pressure large leak screening, working condition simulation, and full process data control, covering all aspects of factory sealing inspection. It is suitable for household air conditioners, commercial units, vehicle air conditioners, and battery liquid cooled evaporators, and implements GB/T 15823 "Non destructive Testing Helium Leakage Detection Method" and GB/T 18430.1 industry standards.

Pre processing+voltage and leakage screening

1. Fixture sealing and blockage detection

1. The quick pneumatic joint automatically locks the inlet and outlet of the evaporator, performs a self inspection of the end face airtightness, determines whether the joint is leaking, and eliminates tool misjudgment.

2. Low pressure ventilation blowing, check whether the evaporator pipeline is blocked or if the flat tube is bent and blocked; Direct alarm for pipe blockage and termination of detection.

2. High pressure nitrogen pressure resistance+rough measurement of large leakage

1. Fill the evaporator pipeline with dry nitrogen gas and set the pressure to 1.5 to 2 times the rated working pressure (adjustable for household air conditioners at 2.5MPa, car R134a at 3.0MPa, and liquid cooled evaporators at 3.1-14.8MPa), and maintain the pressure for 3 to 5 minutes.

2. Real time monitoring of pressure drop: If the pressure drop exceeds the standard, it will be judged as a major leak (such as pipe burst, weld seam cracking, or pipe opening detachment), with direct sound and light alarm, automatic pressure relief, and no helium precision inspection.

3. Visual judgment: The workpiece has no bulges, deformations, or pipe wall expansion cracks, confirming that the structural strength is qualified.
