1. The edge brush component life testing fixture is suitable for conducting durability tests on the edge brush components and the entire wheel assembly in the robotic vacuum cleaner under simulated pressure load conditions. The testing machine adopts a 30 station distribution for testing, with 10 stations per group. Each group can independently set the power supply voltage, test frequency, and test time, which may be programmable. It can also run tests with three different parameter requirements simultaneously.                

2. By manually adjusting the friction level of the contact surface and independently loading the weights of each testing station, a simulated loading aging test can be achieved. The testing equipment uses a one button start to simulate usage conditions for testing. Users can also manually turn on/off, automatically turn on/off, set height, voltage, current, speed forward/reverse, temperature and other parameters through the touch screen. Set different working modes for components: continuous work, interval work, forward and reverse work. You can set the component's forward rotation time, stop time after forward rotation, reverse time, and stop time after reverse rotation;

Adopting a 10 inch touch screen display, each workstation independently displays the current, voltage, testing time, testing times, etc. of each motor, with automatic recording and storage functions. By judging based on the upper and lower limits, the current and voltage being tested can trigger an alarm in case of any abnormalities. The relevant test data can be automatically recorded and exported with USB data.
