1.2 The main body of the equipment is assembled using 40X80 aluminum tube profiles, and the surface sealing plate is assembled using powder coating technology. The testing station operates independently with 10 testing stations. The tested samples are placed and fixed by a fixed fixture board, and an automatic weighing device is used for automatic unloading. There is a waste collection port below the station, which flows back from the collector to the collection box below. Real time monitoring of voltage, current, and power of test products using electrical parameters. Each testing station is equipped with two or three waterproof switches for corresponding sockets, work operation indicator lights, alarm indicator lights, test start buttons, independent emergency stop buttons, and other related work operation indicator lights. 1.3 Each testing station is equipped with an external power plug that can be connected to AC 220V mains/variable frequency power supply for power supply.

The testing machine adopts ergonomic design, and the equipment operation adopts a self-developed system, which is easy to operate and does not require a dedicated person to operate.
