2. Mechanical structure: servo reciprocating motion of the lower mechanism; The upper mechanism is an adjustable installation base that can be lifted upwards
Leave space for sample loading and unloading; The height of the upper mechanism is electrically adjustable, suitable for different lengths of suspension rod samples ranging from 600mm to 740mm
Installation. The sample is clamped up and down using a card type quick clamp, simulating the actual hanging force state of the entire machine.
3. Control system: PLC+17 inch industrial touch control computer, servo driven reciprocating mechanism; High-speed acquisition
Force value and displacement signal; Software settings test parameters, real-time display of force time and force displacement hysteresis curves;
Automatic data statistics, supporting USB export of test reports and curve files.
4. Two types of core experiments can be completed:
4.1 Damping force performance test: Collect the damping force and spring force under the reciprocating motion of the suspension rod, and verify the force value range of 60N-220N;
4.2 Durability life test: The mechanism undergoes reciprocating cyclic motion, with an adjustable frequency of 0-10Hz and adjustable cycle settings
The total number of times, continuous monitoring of damping force attenuation during the test process, and alarm shutdown when the number of times or force value exceeds the limit.
