Detailed introduction

In accordance with the national standard GB17761-2024 "Technical Specification for Safety of Electric Bicycles", the power assisted driving device should be able to achieve and maintain the vehicle speed between 24.5km/h and 25.5 km/h, with adjustable speed, stable output of the driving system, stable driving speed, and the vehicle should not slip during the test on the test bench

1. Control mode: PLC control, touch screen human-machine interface operation;

2. Testing station: 1 station;

3. Frame structure: Steel Fangtong adopts skeleton spraying technology, with independent operation display control box;

4. Drive mechanism: Double flywheels are installed at the bottom, and the rear flywheel is driven by a 1.5KW servo+turbine reducer. The front flywheel rotates automatically, and the center distance between the front and rear flywheels can be manually adjusted, with a maximum distance of 600mm. It meets the requirements of 800-1250mm

5. Flywheel technology: surface coated with adhesive, meeting the standard requirements for friction coefficient;
