The test angle is designed and manufactured in accordance with the test requirements of chapter 11 "heating" in the national standard GB4706.1-2005 (IEC60335-1:2004).

The test angle is mainly used to provide environmental conditions that meet the requirements of the standard for temperature rise testing of various electrical and electrical products. The test angles with different distribution specifications, number of temperature measuring points and overall dimensions can be customized according to the actual tested samples.

Technical Parameters:

1. Size: 600X600X1000mm, 800X800X1000mm (or customized);

2. Thermocouple: Thermocouple with diameter less than 0.3mm, type K, T, J

3. Thermocouple layout: all lead out on one wiring block (or optional thermocouple plug and socket);

4. Copper sheet for temperature measurement: 15mm diameter, 1mm thick brass sheet

5. Number of temperature measurement points: 20 points, 32 points, 48 points (or customized);

6. Arrangement of temperature measuring points: 100X100mm or 76X76mm square (or according to other test requirements

7. Plywood: fireproof board with a thickness of about 20mm, with flame retardant matt black paint on the front and gray film board on the back;

8. Movable part: 4 movable bottom wheels can be installed at the bottom, the total height is about 100mm
