The Automobile Ball Joint Test Equipment - Gearshift Knob Fatigue 

Test is mainly designed to meet the durability test requirements for the ball joints, leather covers, panels, and gear shifters of the gearbox system. 

The test fixture consists of a body and internal specialized fixtures, and is composed of a high and low temperature environmental test chamber, a frame, 

fixture clamps, an external transmission part, an electric servo cylinder a force value sensor, clamps, and a PLC industrial control machine system.

During the product testing process, the durability and wear resistance life tests are achieved under environmental conditions. By adjusting and replacing the fixture positions, 

it is possible to carry out life tests on different gear knobs.
