1. The performance and durability testing equipment for refrigerator electronic valves is mainly used for comprehensive performance testing and surface durability life testing of spare parts such as AC/DC electronic valves and switching valves. Switch between performance mode and durability testing mode through PLC. Adopting PLC control, 10 inch touch screen display and setting, all test modes and parameters can be selected and queried on the human-machine interface operation panel.
2. Conduct continuous and periodic life on/off aging tests on valve body components under constant water pressure, including start-up characteristics, sealing performance, water pressure resistance, flow characteristics, durability, etc.
3. The main components of the test bench include the test rack, constant pressure water supply device, water recovery device, AC/DC power supply, control system, and other major parts.
4. The test subject bracket is assembled using aluminum profiles, and the outer box is made of 304 # non inductive steel sheet metal as the external sealing plate of the equipment cabinet. The water tank has a capacity of not less than 100L and is made of 304 # welded material. Underneath the rack are universal casters, which facilitate the movement and transportation of equipment.
5. The control system is independently developed and controlled by Mitsubishi PLC from Japan. The 10 inch touch screen displays relevant test content and controls. Perform long-term on/off life testing on the tested valve through program control. In the testing process, the PLC monitors in real-time whether the operating current of each tested solenoid valve is working properly, and the PLC determines whether the product is operating normally or abnormally based on the current/water flow signal. If abnormal current/water flow signal is detected, the system will automatically give an alarm prompt to the tested station, and other stations will test normally without being affected by each other. The entire equipment system is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC program from Japan, with manual quick installation and one click start test mode.
