Seven modules including stain cleaning ability, residue, water stains, consumables consumption, working condition simulation, data acquisition, and appearance damage, compatible with PLC+touch screen data acquisition equipment, can be directly used for equipment technical specification writing
1. Test ground substrates: hard flooring, ceramic tiles, matte tiles, wood grain flooring, anti slip tiles, laid according to standards
2. Standard stain preparation: dry stains (fine dust, dry coffee powder), wet stains (soy sauce, milk, juice), viscous stains (tomato sauce, rice paste, mud), dry stubborn stains (stains air dried and solidified)
3. Environmental calibration: Record of environmental temperature and humidity, initial ground moisture content, and ground flatness
Core I testing
1. Fixed spot stain cleaning rate test: fix the amount of stains, weigh and compare images after single/reciprocating dragging, and calculate the residual stain rate
2. Strip stain cleaning test: For continuous strip stains, test whether they can be completely removed and whether there are any trailing marks after dragging once
3. Spot drying and stain testing: After the stain is left to air dry, mop the floor to evaluate its ability to remove stubborn stains
4. Gap cleaning effect: Cleaning of stains in tile gaps and floor joint gaps
5. Corner cleaning test: cleaning effect of mopping in wall and corner areas
Water stain and residue testing
1. Residual water stains on the ground: Ground moisture content detection at different time points after mopping
2. Assessment of water marks and drag marks: whether there are stripes, white spots, dirt and drag marks left
3. Sewage reflux and secondary pollution: Rolling brushes/mops can cause secondary pollution due to dirtiness
4. Dry time: The time required for the ground to completely dry after mopping
Adaptability testing under different working conditions
1. Water level test: Comparison of floor mopping effects under high, medium, and low water levels
2. Speed condition: Changes in cleaning effect at different travel speeds
3. Full range mopping test: mopping the ground at full charge, and the degradation of cleaning effect in the front and rear sections
4. Simulated mopping test on lightly uneven ground and joint gap ground
Performance testing of consumables
1. Durable mopping with mop/roller brush: Long term cycling mopping, observe the decay of cleaning effect
2. Check the filtration effect of the sewage tank and the contamination of the clean water tank caused by the backflow of dirty water
3. Test on the impact of mop hair entanglement on mopping effect
