Fan air volume test equipment; Fan energy efficiency test room; Fan capacity efficiency detection

This testing system is used to test the energy efficiency values of electric fans in accordance with the reference standards: I60879-2019, GB/T13380-2018, and GB12019-2008Efficiency Limits and Efficiency Grades of 

AC Electric Fans". The air volume and energy efficiency of the electric fan are measured based on the requirements of GB/T1380-2018 "AC Electric Fans and Regulators", 

and its compliance is determined according to national standards. 

The testing system has the characteristics of accurate data good repeatability, 

high efficiency, and convenient data storage.

1. Air Volume Detection: Determine the volume of air delivered by the fan per unit time; measure the air through the standard test channel, and calculate the rated air volume and operation deviation.

2. Air Pressure Detection: Use a wind pressure test device to determine the static pressure and pressure of the fan at different speeds; evaluate the stability of the wind pressure and the matching of 

the system resistance.

3. Input Power Test: Measure the electrical power input of the fan during operation through a power meter; used to calculate the energy efficiency ratio and power consumption distribution.

4. Efficiency Calculation: Combine the air volume and test results to calculate the full pressure efficiency and static pressure efficiency of the fan; analyze the energy conversion performance.

5. Speed Detection: Use a non-contact tach to determine the motor speed; verify the deviation between the fan speed and the rated design value.

6. Noise Test: Measure the operating noise under the condition of an anic chamber or semi-anechoic chamber; obtain the sound pressure level and sound power level under different working conditions.

7. Vibration Test: Use an acceleration to determine the vibration frequency spectrum of the bearings, blades, and housing; analyze mechanical imbalance and structural dynamic performance.

8. Temperature Rise Test: Record the motor temperature, temperature, and air temperature after stable operation; evaluate thermal stability and insulation performance.

9. Airflow Distribution Detection: Use a wind speed sensor grid or laser flow field analysis to present the velocity distribution at the outlet; analyze the uniformity of the air duct.

10. Starting Performance Test: Detect the starting time, current rise curve and starting torque; examine the starting characteristics.

11. Operating Stability Test: Test the changes in speed, noise, and power under long-term operation conditions; evaluate the working reliability.

12. Protection Performance Test: Inspect the dust and water resistance levels and safety protection structure; test the integrity of the protection and insulation resistance.

13. Energy Efficiency Grade Determination: Calculate the energy-saving coefficient based on the test data; provide technical basis for energy-saving certification.

14 Life Simulation Test: Evaluate the durability performance and life prediction of the fan through continuous operation and accelerated aging tests.

15. Material Performance Test: Test the material strength stiffness, and fatigue resistance of the blades and housing; ensure the safety of the structure.
